Overview

Since 1966, Melling Industries, Inc. has provided precision-turned parts to our customers both large & small, across the globe.

Serving as the first and longest standing acquisition of Melling Engine Parts., Melling Industries holds an advantage of the backing and resources of Melling Engine Parts being located less than 100ft from Melling Industries. Melling has built a team of skilled and experienced personnel, all under our 42,000 square foot location in Jackson, MI.

Our dedicated non-union team works collaboratively to deliver top-quality products, expand our customer base, and provide personal support from the quote stage to the part leaving our dock.

With a recent multimillion dollar investment into the facility and attainment of the Aerospace AS9100 certification, Melling Industries is positioned to be an industry leading provider of precision turned components.

Screw Machine Operations

At Melling Industries, we operate 41 Acme Gridley Automatics. Our multi spindle Acme Gridley Automatics help us fill large orders of components anywhere from 3/8” diameter up to 4” diameter.

Our diverse automatic screw machine department not only allows us to manufacture precise parts in large production volumes these multi-spindle machines are equipped with special attachments which enable us to perform many types of secondary operations right on the machine.

Our screw machines help us service a vast array of markets including hydraulic fittings, pneumatic fittings, engine components, marine components, heavy truck, heavy equipment, construction, agricultural, aerospace, and automotive.
