3.15.18 2X ProStock Champ determined to cross Gatornationals off ‘Bucket List’ at Gainesville Raceway.

Erica Enders and Elite Motorsports arrive in Gainesville, FL for 49th annual Gatornationals

Two-time NHRA Pro Stock World Champion, Erica Enders, will join the MelloYello NHRA Drag Racing Series as they head to Gainesville Raceway in Gainesville, FL for the 49th annual AMALIE Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals, March 15-18.
“The prestigious Gatornationals is still a box that is left unchecked on my ‘bucket list’ of accomplishments,” Enders said. “We have had much success here with multiple runner up finishes and a national record being set here in 2014, but no Wally.”
Enders and team, Elite Motorsports, began the season with Semi-Final and Quarter-Final finishes, which places her 6th in the NHRA Pro Stock National Points Standings.
“We have started the season strong so far, but we are looking to improve. My car is fast and we are hungry. We have been testing more frequently as well, so my guys really have a handle on things. I couldn’t be more proud to have the team that I do by my side. I am looking for some driver redemption after Phoenix.”
Pro Stock Qualifying is scheduled for 1:15 p.m. and 3 pm on Friday, and on Saturday at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.
FOX Sports 1 (FS1) will televise the event all three days. Friday’s qualifying show will air onFriday, March 16 at 8:30 p.m. Saturday March 17 at 11 p.m. (ET) will show 2 hours of qualifying and Final Eliminations will be televised beginning at 7 p.m. (ET) on Sunday, March 18.
